J'ai relu ma petite analyse de Blade Runner 2049 evrenkiefer.com/posts/2017-10- Et plus j'y pense et plus je me dis que le désespoir, l'environnement et les relations sociales effondrées nous racontent quelque chose de contemporain.

@evrenk très bien vu sur notre difficulté à parler d’effondrement, que nous n’avons pas le vocabulaire pour. Entre dissonance cognitive et incapacité à se représenter ce qui n’existe pas, on est littéralement bloqué-es dans cet état passif.

Merci! Je pense que le film en parle plutôt bien de manière poétique. Je serai curieux de savoir ce qu'il y a dans ce livre de Ghosh (que je n'ai toujours pas lu).

@evrenk Interesting critique. I agree Blade Runner 2019 is Cinema as poetry, much like Kurosawa's Ran that also polarized many viewers, but which I love for its visual and aural poetry on film.

If you take the approach (which you should) that movies are essentially scripted dreams and not reality, you will better understand auteurs who produce works of art in the film medium that some find difficult. As for me, 2049 is art, as opposed to trad blockbusters, which are just eye candy.
